Taking the stress out of compliance audits!
Founded in January 2020, READY. SET. AUDIT, LLC offers on-site preparation tools, services and supports to assist behavioral health service providers with dramatically improving audit compliance scores. After six(6) years in the office of recipient rights and twelve (12)years in quality and compliance for the state of Michigan's largest Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan, I decided to alter career direction.
Now, instead of providing oversight and monitoring of residential & outpatient service providers, I share my passion by teaching others how to achieve and maintain audit readiness at all times!
Ready.Set.Audit was uniquely designed to offer comprehensive preparation services and supports for compliance audits(Quality & Recipient Rights). During my extensive experience conducting quality audits over the years, many service providers failed to achieve compliance scores due to the lack of staff, tools and time to achieve success; hence, Ready.Set.Audit! LLC, was birthed to meet the needs of behavioral health organization facing these challenges. More importantly, Ready.Set.Audit, takes pride in providing each customer with the much needed hands-on attention to detail, that providers have come to expect from me as a reviewer. There is no other service like this in behavioral health, making Ready. Set. Audit, LLC, a trailblazer in this industry.
To coach, educate and teach service providers on achieving audit readiness, with the vision of leading to improved overall compliance scores.
To take the stress out of audits and improve your organization's overall compliance scores, Ready.Set.Audit (RSA) will provide preparation strategies and supports to both privately and publicly funded organizations; including residential service providers. Following a comprehensive overview, RSA will determine possible risk factors & implement the necessary controls to avoid the pitfalls of potential contract penalties, recipient rights violations, waste, fraud and abuse.
Dramatically improve overall program compliance scores.
